Welcome to the Cherry Park Owners’ Association, Inc. web site serving the Cherry Park and El Vista Subdivisions located in Centennial, Colorado.

Where is Cherry Park?

Cherry Park is a residential community initially developed in the late 1970’s, and is located in western Arapahoe County in the City of Centennial, Colorado. Specifically, Cherry Park is located at the northeast corner of Arapahoe Road and Holly Street. The community is situated in the ideal location within the acclaimed Cherry Creek School District, near shopping, parks, swimming and tennis facilities, and along a branch of the highline canal trail system, providing access to miles and miles of trails.

What is the Cherry Park Owners Association?

The Cherry Park Owners’ Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation setup to oversee management of the Cherry Park and El Vista Subdivisions. Homeowners play an active part in the operation of this association with meetings, celebrations and events. The association is governed by a board of directors elected annually by members of the Cherry Park Owners’ Association.

What Does the Cherry Park Owners Association Do?

The Cherry Park Owners’ Association is responsible for creating the annual budgets for the association, collecting membership dues from the community owners, oversight of the maintenance the common areas, hiring personnel, covenant enforcement and making and amending community rules.

How Do I Become a Member of the Cherry Park Owners Association?

Every homeowner in Cherry Park is eligible to become a member of the Cherry Park Owners’ Association upon payment of the annual membership dues, currently only $50.00. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Cherry Park Owners’ Association you may send your dues payment to Paul Urtz (5928 E. Weaver Circle, Centennial, CO 80111), the Cherry Park Owners’ Association Treasurer. All homeowners are always welcome to attend the Board of Director meeting, a schedule of which is provided on this website.

Exterior or Lot Changes
If you are interested in any exterior changes, i.e. fences, change of paint color or siding, out buildings, landscaping, roofing change, etc., plans must be submitted in writing with the Application for Architectural Change (available on this website's “Document Download” page) and approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to the work beginning.

Someone is Moving In Next Door!  Has someone recently moved into your neighborhood? Then the CPOA would like to know about it. The Cherry Park Owners’ Association has put together a welcome packet for new residents to introduce them to our community.
